Urban Awakening is a collection of essays rooted in urban planning and inspired by travel.

This project is intended to connect my interest in the profession of urban planning with the growth I experience during my travels. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2011 with a Bachelors degree in Urban Studies and a certificate in Latin American Studies. I plan to use Urban Awakening as a tool to broaden yet also refine and sharpen my perspectives on the life of cities and the world of urban planning.
